FEES & ACCOMMODATION

The payment consists of two parts:

1. Conference Fee (fixed): 500 PLN
2. Accommodation Fee (depending on room preference):
   • Single room: 2800 PLN per person
   • Double room: 2100 PLN per person
   • Triple room: 1750 PLN per person

Accommodation Fee

Single, double, and triple rooms are available. The accommodation fee includes the following:3 nights, 3 buffet breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 BBQ party and gala dinner with a DJ.

Accompanying persons are welcome and pay only for accommodation (no conference fee). Please inform the organisers via e-mail and indicate this in the registration form under “Room preferences”.
